Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Submissions
The theme of the 49th Annual IACIS Fall Conference is “Information Systems – The Bridge To All Business Functions.” Information systems work like a bridge between the data captured and the information shared between business functions (or disciplines). In most businesses there are accounting information systems, management information systems, marketing information systems, human resource information systems, etc. So information systems span the entire organization, and is the bridge that connects all the parts of a business to each other. Papers covering related academic and technical issues are also encouraged. You are invited to share your theme or other relevant IS and IT research with the professionals attending and presenting papers at the 49th Annual IACIS International Conference.

What to Submit
All complete paper submissions are double-blind refereed. Papers accepted in the review process will be published in Issues in Information Systems. IIS has been published in CD-ROM format since 2007. Abstracts, along with proposals for proposals for panels and round-tables, are reviewed and (if accepted) will be published in the Conference Program and Proceedings. Submit only unpublished, original works. Proposals for workshops, panel presentations, and round table discussions should provide a general overview of the session's objectives and activities. IACIS policy requires one unique author to be registered for each paper accepted for presentation and publication. If you are an author or co-author on more then one accepted paper, each paper must have one unique author registration to be accepted for conference presentation and publication. If multiple, same-single-author papers are submitted and accepted, only one will be scheduled for conference presentation and publication.
