Las Vegas Rated as one of Top 10 Best Travel Places for 2010 Lester Holt, anchor of the Today Show on MSNBC featured Las Vegas as one of the top 10 travel places for 2010. Airfares and hotel room rates have decreased while top-name shows and customer service has increased in an attempt to draw tourists to Las Vegas. Additionally, CityCenter (the 16.8 million square feet complex developed by MGM Grand and Dubai World) is an incredible collection of architecture, shopping, dining, living, gaming, art, spas and entertainment. It is definitely a "must see" and "must experience." A 24 January search of round trip flights to Las Vegas from various midwestern, eastern and southeastern originations resulted in airfaires ranging from $313 to $361.
